Five days hunting and six
nights lodging & meals are included in the basic fee. All hunters
have the option for extended stay or return visits at
We will host 3 firearm hunters during the season on a first come basis. We will apply for 1 Transferable / Nonresident Deer Permits. If needed, we will sell these at cost to those who book a hunt with us. Hunters must apply for Deer Permits also (see item 3 below).

Basic Fee: $3,500.00. A deposit of $1,750.00 is required to guarantee
reservation. Balance due upon arrival. 2.
3. In the order that reservations are booked, a Landowner Transfer Tag application (draw) will be submitted on behalf of the Nonresident Hunters. This will increase the chance of a successful draw. Site Locations: Pilgrim Ranch private lands in Unit 14 & Chase County, Kansas. 6. Fully Guided Hunt: Drop off and pickup close enough for walk-in to site location. Natural hunting and/or blinds. 7.
Lodging Accommodations & Meals: On premises Bunkhouse stocked with
breakfast and lunch foods. Home cooked evening meals will be provided. Any special diet request will be accommodated. 8.
Special Considerations:
Lodging accommodations are smoke free. Extreme care to not cause grass or timber fire in the field is essential.
9. The hunter shall read and sign an
Rental Agreement, Release, and Acknowledgment of
Risk. 10.
Program Approach: Up to a maximum of 3 hunters will have exclusive access
to approximately 3,000 acres during the whitetail deer-hunting season. Guides will
scout the land to help determine deer migrations and beddings with minimum
intrusion. We believe the natural enhanced habitat and undisturbed conditions will
