A Handball Vacation - Handball Players are Welcome

Handball - The Perfect Game is played with just a pair of gloves, a bouncing ball about the size of a lemon, and two players minimum. There are three courts appropriate for Handball: one wall, three wall, and four wall. The sport requires considerable athleticism, endurance, and developed skills, but it is the mental chess like maneuvering of ball and opponents that gives the sport the great appeal. If learned at an early age it can be played at a high level for a lifetime of enjoyment.

While on vacation, Handball players need not go without a Handball game. Combine Handball with a family vacation and stay in shape.

The ranch proprietor, Charlie Pilgrim, is an avid Handball player. Although we do not have Handball courts at the ranch (not yet anyway), it is just a 20 mile drive to Emporia, Kansas where both the Recreation Center and Emporia State University have fine Handball facilities.

Emporia has a small close-knit Handball group which would relish the opportunity to pair off (doubles or singles) with visiting Handball players of any level. Or maybe just consider moving here and/or retiring in this area.
